Remote GuidanceSome people are highly effective at implementing good advice. For the rest of us, there's remote guidance, a combination of weekly coaching and ongoing advisory services designed to help you implement your Win Without Pitching training and achieve your business development objectives.
Remote guidance features two main components:
1. Weekly Business Development Meetings We chair your weekly business development meetings, bringing a structure and reporting format to them that helps set benchmarks and routines for activity levels and results tracking. Roughly half of the one-hour meetings focuses on activities and benchmarks, and half focuses on specific situation guidance for your current business development opportunities. It's sales management and coaching for you and your business development team.
2. Ongoing Advisory Services Outside of the regular weekly meetings we're available to discuss any business development challenge or issue you may be grappling with, from big picture issues to next steps for individual opportunities. There is no cap on our time.
Remote guidance is available in blocks of four weeks or twelve, to firms who have had some Win Without Pitching training (onsite or self-directed.) Four weeks of remote guidance is included in the Win Without Pitching immersion program.
