Just like you would focus the firm, you as an individual need to choose a focus.
Individual-level focus is the first mastery. The idea is that if the firm hasn’t mastered focus then you, the individual who is on the front lines in the sale, need to bring some level of focus to the situation. How do you go about that? Why is individual level focus as vital as it is?
