Overview of policy:

The attendee must contact Win Without Pitching (info@winwithoutpitching.com) in writing 22 days before the event to receive a 90% credit of fee for the workshop they are unable to attend. This must be applied to another Win Without Pitching event or training product within one year of the date of cancellation.

Details:

1. Substitution:
   The attendee may substitute another attendee at any time by providing reasonable advance notice.
   
   
2. Attendee cancellations must be made at least 22 days in advance of the first day of the event:
   For any cancellations received in writing (info@winwithoutpitching.com) at least twenty-two (22) days prior to the workshop, the attendee will receive a 90% credit to be used at another Win Without Pitching workshop (or applied to another WWP training product) which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of the credit. An administration fee of 10% of the fee will be retained by Win Without Pitching for all permitted cancellations.
   
   
3. Win Without Pitching Cancellation of Event:
   In the event that Win Without Pitching cancels an event for any reason, the attendee will receive a credit for 100% of the fee paid. The attendee may use this credit for another Win Without Pitching event or training product (to be mutually agreed upon with Win Without Pitching), which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
   
   
4. Win Without Pitching Postponement of Event:
   In the event that Win Without Pitching postpones an event for any reason and the attendee is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, they will receive a credit for 100% of the fee paid.The attendee may use this credit for another Win Without Pitching event or training product (to be mutually agreed upon with Win Without Pitching), which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
   
   
5. Win Without Pitching Cancellation of Attendee’s Registration:
   Win Without Pitching reserves the right to cancel an attendee’s registration at any time, for any reason. If Win Without Pitching cancels the registration, the attendee will be entitled to a full refund of the fee paid.
   
   
6. In the event of an Act of God or another fortuitous event:
   Win Without Pitching shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this workshop is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this workshop impracticable, illegal or impossible.

Note: A fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
