Train sales focused team members on the WWP Four Conversations sales approach:
Define objectives for each sales conversation
Provide frameworks for navigating to those objectives
Give everyone the language tools and training to hold each other accountable
Deliverables:
Basic WWP sales training for up to 18 team members with varied levels of responsibility in the sale
Delivered via a private workshop across 4 x 3-hour days
Prior to the workshop: Planning call with Katie, Shannyn, Stephanie and Mason. Orientation call with Cresset team members attending the workshop and the WWP coaching team.
Post workshop: Open coaching session with WWP coaching team and Cresset team who attended the workshop. Call with Katie, Shannyn, Stephanie and Mason for post workshop follow up and planning for any steps.
