WWP Business Development Audit

Overview: A complete business development audit, which will include the half-day sales download we discussed and the half-day session to walk Brendan and Paulo through the selling frameworks. This will allow us to collect comprehensive information about what’s working and what’s not, in the current sales and marketing environment at Hook Point. Specifically, we’ll spend time in a half-day session with Brendan and Paulo to get an overview of sales and marketing. Further we’ll survey and talk to sales and marketing team members to assess training gaps, barriers to overcome in the mission to further empower the team to sell at Brendon’s level and get a feel for their skill set and alignment with the WWP approach. We’ll also gain a better understanding of systemic impediments to implementing WWP that might not be obvious.

Price: $15,000 USD

Duration: ~2-3 weeks

Outcome: Full grasp of Hook Point’s current approach and the team’s skill set. This will allow us to more effectively recommend the best go-forward plan for team sales training:

  1. Any necessary changes to roles, structure, reporting or any other aspect of the business required to improve results
  2. Specific new business and account growth goals to the end of 2023
  3. A coaching engagement to support the growth goals and operationalization of the WWP approach

Approach
: WWP will:
  • Analyze sales calls if recordings are available
  • Review recent proposals
  • Survey and interview leadership and the sales team via an online survey and 1:1 Zoom conversations
  • Examine other data or practices that we might deem necessary to achieving the above outcomes, like your tech stack
